I love this guy's video's.  I get them weekly by email and he's terrific for German food cooking with an emphasis on outdoors cooking.  His video's link to his blog for more information, and the videos are quick, simple and fun.  I've seen videos on Dutch Crunch rolls (Tiger rolls in Dutch Oven), making your own German mustard, making your own bratwursts and lots of tricks like opening charcoal bags, etc.  

Here's one for St. Louis Style Spare ribs on a smoker:

Dutch Oven rolls (using charcoal briquettes)

A 3 to 4 inch thick dry-aged Porterhouse Steak the size of a chuck roast grilled and slow cooked:
