I could use cedar wraps that I found at Trader Joes - that would at least give it a smoked flavoring. What do you think ForeverMama?***

Thank you!

Pretty good all round the DH got home last night after being away for three weeks and had a very lucky escape as he went to Alice Springs to support his brother in the Finks desert race and on the Sunday was on his way to take firewood and chairs for him and his partner after his brother finished the first day of the race and was having car problems and several times he got out and checked and on his last he noticed that three of the five bolts on a tyre had sheared off so it was a 300K tow to Alice Springs (for the towy it was a 600K round trip) but when the towy picked the DH up he was his first were the car was upright every other time the car was on its side or roof and sometimes a dead body was involved.  They are travelling on rough road and doing 100K per hour plus so he was very lucky and I so happy he got home last night in one piece and we had celebration dinner of monster seafood cocktails = prawns, oysters, crab meat and crayfish meat with my recipe http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/prawn-cocktail-sauce-14255 and yes I am slightly hung over too much wine but still smiling and very happy. image image

Other than that I cooked up a storm while he was away cooking things that I really like but the DH has trouble with eating or does not like.  He is back at work tomorrow so it is back to the old routine for now.
