Lo-Mein is a favorite of mine. I love the crunchy vegetables with perfectly sauced noodles, lite on the noodles please. I usually make it vegetarian as I like it as a side to grilled Asian skewers or wings. I don't like it heavly sauced and I do use Lo-Mein noodles, not spaghetti noodles. Here are a few recipes I like.
