Speaking of balsamic vinegar -- I went to our local farmer's market yesterday and I purchased some all natural peach-flavored white balsamic vinegar.  They had all kinds of flavors like ruby red grapefruit and blood orange.  I also purchased some blood-orange olive oil.  Can't wait to try them.

The balsamic vinegar is to die for. : )

I purchased some fresh baby lettuces yesterday and some micro-greens -- gonna make a vinaigrette with my peach balsamic vinegar.

They had those flavors too.  They are all barrel-aged and also available in the dark balsamic as well.
