Gosh so many dishes I would normally tag especially with DH on night shift Monday to Wednesday next week but unfortunately carbs are still very limited but can at least consume some now so I have a request I need a bone in chicken dish (would like to use what we call a Maryland cut - thigh and drumstick left intact and with skin on and crumbed would be nice, my carb limit and oven baked or I may be able to adapt to oven bake) also a wing recipe that I can scale back for 1 serve (about 4 wings) which I will have with sides, that should cover Monday and Wednesday as Tuesday I plan on making one of my recipes using mussels, just dieing for a bowl of mussels just have to decide which recipe.  Sorry but nothing from food after todays episode went in to print out a recipe for which I new the specific name and my whole system froze up and it took me more than hour to get it back up and running so totally avoiding them for the sake of my sanity.

Hi Pat

This might work for you by omitting the potatoes:  http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/chicken/crock-pot-rosemary-garlic-chicken-quarters.html?p=13

Or

http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/chicken/diabetic-country-french-chicken.html?p=28
http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/chicken/tandoori-grilled-chicken-with-mint-raita-diabetic.html?p=46 (wants skin removed but you don't have to)

Take care hon.

Pat.......

I don't have enough credits here to offer some of the ones that I found, so I answered this request in the Need New Ideas thread. image
